Nalane Blue & White

The design tells the story of the Basotho people’s history. It is inspired by the traditional craft patterns made on the rondavel houses by Basotho woman as well as the circular patterns woven into the Mokorotlo hats. There are many historical sites scattered all around Lesotho featuring cave painting that tell the story of past generations.
The Nalane blanket seeks to capture the rich history of Lesotho and its people.
