At Studio Forty 6 (Pty) Ltd we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Automotive parts that have been installed or used
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Automotive Products

Due to the nature of automotive parts:

  • We do not accept returns on installed, modified, or used parts
  • Electrical components (ECUs, sensors, electronics) are non-returnable once opened or fitted
  • We recommend confirming compatibility before purchase

If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us before ordering.

Homeware Products

For homeware items:

  • Returns are accepted if the item is unused and in original packaging
  • Items must be in sellable condition
  • Damaged or used homeware items will not be refunded

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you need an exchange, contact us immediately.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the product and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable
